The artist decorated her graphic in a shaded frame to play with the blue of the horizon. The sun is only a scheme in the centre of the picture. Pebbles and reed are brown with an Avocado Green change of colours. They form a monochrome unit, contrasting with the twelve coloured snakes. Nearly every snake wears another robe with stripes or cones like iridescent crystals of a cobra. The snakes hover nearly weightless. A dance or a fight? Their dynamic trembling does not conceal their tension.
